Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Harper Kora. Given the nature of digital products and services we offer, we maintain a policy on refunds and returns that respects both our commitment to customer satisfaction and the digital format of our products.

Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Harper Kora are digital and delivered electronically. Because of their intangible nature, we do not offer a "return" or "exchange" of goods once they are purchased and delivered.

Refund Requests

We stand behind the templates and digital products we create. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you might seek a refund. Our policy for refunds is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be offered solely at the discretion of Harper Kora for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you do not receive a delivery email from us.
  • Download issues: You have trouble downloading the product.
  • Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
  • An item is "not as described" if it is materially different from the item description or preview.

This list is not exhaustive and each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To apply for a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@harperkora.com. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Evaluation of Refund Requests

Our team will assess the refund request considering the digital nature of our products and the reasons for the requested refund. We aim to process requests within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@harperkora.com.
